Everyone who purchases products directly from Young Living Essential Oils first becomes a member, like people become members of a health food cooperative or buying club in order to have access to unique products and services. Once enrolled, you will be assigned your personal Member ID number which you willchoose to enroll as a Distributor which requires the one-time purchase of a business Success Kit. There are 3 membership options defined as follows:
Distributor
One who receives full wholesale pricing at 24% below retail, is eligible for all specials and to build a downline organization to thereby receive commissions. Each new Distributor* must first enroll and place their first order for a **Success Kit (see selections below) before receiving wholesale pricing. If enrolling by phone or mail, the new Distributor must also complete the Distributor Application Agreement included with the kit, and either FAX or mail the signed Agreement within 30 days to guarantee wholesale pricing. (If you are enrolling by phone or mail, you will be asked for our Sponsor Member # 28812.)
Preferred Customer
One who pays 88% of retail, and has enrolled in a monthly Autoship order of at least $50 PV (product volume). A Preferred Customer cannot build a downline to earn commissions, but is eligible for all specials when offered. A Preferred Customer will always pay 12% under retail as long as his/her Autoship remains active. He/she may upgrade to Distributor at any time by contacting Distributor Network Services. Customer
One who pays 100% retail price, is eligible for specials when offered, has no monthly requirements, and may choose to upgrade to Preferred Customer or Distributor at a later date by contacting Distributor Network Services. (If you are enrolling by phone or mail, you will be asked for our Sponsor Member # 28812.)

- When you are ready to enroll, select the “Signup Here” link on the left-side menu. If you become a Distributor, you will be asked for your Social Security Number or Federal ID, to create an 8 letter (or combo of letters and numbers), Password for your security when ordering on the website and a 4 digit Security Code (PIN) which can be used in the 24-hour ordering process on the Automated Phone Ordering System. The computer will also gather your payment information on our secure site. You will be asked to click “yes” after reading the Distributor Agreement requirement. You will not be required to mail or FAX the hard-copy Agreement when you enroll online.* A Distributor must make at least a $50 order in a six month period to remain active. If a Distributor does not order within 1 year, he/she will lose their downline members, their name will be dropped from the member list, and would have to meet the new Distributor requirements to sign up again. To receive monthly commissions, a Distributor must make at least a $50 minimum order or $100 order if participating in some bonus programs.
